Position Title: Assistant Manager (Payroll & Employee Data Management)

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Upto 30K based on performance in the interview

About the Role

As Assistant Manager (Payroll & Employee Data Management), you will gain hands-on exposure to core HR operations. You will assist in maintaining employee records, processing payroll data, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with the accounts team for salary disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, maintain and update employee records related to payroll and benefits.

  • Collect, validate, and process attendance, overtime, and leave data.

  • Support payroll processing, including calculation of gross/net salary, tax, PF, ESIC, and statutory deductions.

  • Preparing Full & Final settlements.

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR & payroll data.

  • Coordinate with accounts/finance teams for salary disbursements.

  • Support compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Income Tax, etc.).

  • Generate reports, payslips, and data summaries as required by HR and management.

  • Use computer applications (MS Excel, Word, HRIS, payroll software) to store, retrieve, and communicate information.

  • Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and professional practices.______________

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate/undergraduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Voice/Semi Voice in BPO industry.

  • MBA Fresher

  • Laptop is mandatory
