Hardware and Networking

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment.
• Provide timely technical support for system issues, network connectivity problems, and software-related queries.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures, OS issues, and network errors to ensure minimal downtime.
• Set up, configure, and monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Install and support Windows and iOS operating systems, drivers, and essential software applications.
• Manage email configuration, antivirus updates, and system security protocols.
• Assist in server management, data backup processes, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, asset records, and support logs.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and procurement of IT equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote support to employees and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of hardware components, networking concepts, and system troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS and basic understanding of iOS systems.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
