Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain our WordPress-based websites and applications. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress development, excellent coding skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based websites and applications

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements

  • Integrate WordPress with third-party APIs and services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, project management, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and security updates

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in WordPress development

  • Strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugins

  • Excellent coding skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder, etc.)

  • Familiarity with WordPress security best practices

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with WordPress multisite networks

  • Knowledge of WordPress performance optimization techniques

  • Familiarity with WordPress caching plugins (W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc.)

  • Experience with WordPress e-commerce plugins (WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, etc.)

  • Certification in WordPress development (WordPress Developer Certification, etc.)
