Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee daily hotel maintenance activities, including housekeeping and front desk operations.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal hotel performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and improve overall guest experience.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources for efficient use of hotel funds.
  • Train and supervise staff members on maintenance procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
