Location: Pune / Coimbatore

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST

Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to lead and support key technology initiatives, primarily focused on ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, proven experience managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Lead ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementations while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Facilitate regular project update meetings, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Ensure deliverables meet defined business requirements, quality standards, and scope parameters.
  • Monitor and report project performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed project documentation and executive reports.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in IT project management.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools including MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as Asset Management, ITSM, or CMDB.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working across distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Availability to work standard business hours aligned with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
