Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards during transport, such as temperature excursions, damages, or cross-contamination, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Design transport validation SOP and define strategy for the implementation.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from transport studies. Compile formal reports summarizing the validation activities and results.
  • Generate and manage all quality management system (QMS) documentation related to transport validation
  • Investigate and resolve non-conformances discovered during transport studies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support ongoing monitoring of transport processes to ensure continued compliance and robustness throughout the product's lifecycle
  • Support in other QA related activities i.e. Purchasing controls, QMS, Quality Management as needed.
