Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Engineer & Power BI Analyst with strong skills in Azure data integration and Power BI dashboarding. The ideal candidate will be able to handle the end-to-end data lifecycle: extracting data from SAP, integrating it into Azure, transforming/aggregating it, and finally enabling business insights through interactive Power BI reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and integrate SAP data (IDOCs, OData, RFC, etc.) into the Azure ecosystem.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Fabric, and Logic Apps.
  • Perform data aggregation, transformation, and modeling using Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Delta Lake.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports, including DAX calculations, RLS, and custom visuals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and governance across the reporting layer.
