Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate Art Teacher to teach students of Primary and Secondary levels in line with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum. The teacher will be responsible for developing artistic skills, encouraging creative expression, and fostering an appreciation of art and culture among students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging art lessons suitable for Primary and Secondary students.
  • Teach a range of artistic techniques including drawing, painting, sculpture, craftwork, and digital art.
  • Integrate art with other subjects and encourage cross-curricular projects.
  • Guide students in developing their creativity, imagination, and individual artistic style.
  • Organize and prepare students' work for exhibitions, competitions, and school events.
  • Encourage appreciation of art history and contemporary art.
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other teachers for special projects, events, and activities.
  • Inspire students to explore art as a medium of self-expression and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts or related field (mandatory).
  • B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory (for secondary).
  • Experience of 2–5 years in teaching Art to Primary & Secondary students (IGCSE/International curriculum exposure preferred).
  • Strong artistic skills in various mediums (traditional & modern).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Creativity, patience, and passion for working with children.
