About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java React Developer to join our technology team within the BFSI domain. In this role, you will contribute to the enhancement and optimization of our Analytics Solution Platform (ASP), supporting multiple business units.

You will work at the crossroads of technology, analytics, and financial services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy high-quality enterprise applications. Your expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and React will be instrumental in building scalable and reliable platforms that deliver real business impact.

This role provides the opportunity to take technical ownership, influence architectural decisions, mentor team members, and drive innovation across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including paired programming, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Actively challenge requirements, designs, and technical decisions to maintain engineering excellence.
  • Lead software design efforts and ensure alignment with business goals and architectural standards.
  • Act as a technical expert within the team, offering guidance and mentorship to peers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for verification, validation, system testing, and integration.
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure solutions meet customer and business requirements.
  • Develop backend services, platform components, and ETL workflows using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Build and deliver RESTful APIs integrated with frontend and third-party applications.
  • Write clean, tested, maintainable code following best practices.
  • Partner with UI/React developers to ensure seamless end-to-end workflows.
  • Manage deployments via modern CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years strong experience in Core Java with deep understanding of data modeling.

  • Possess solid hands-on expertise in:

  • Java 8+

  • Spring Boot, Spring MVC
  • Hibernate, JDBC Template
  • RESTful services

  • Have strong skills in SQL scripting, RDBMS design, and data modeling.

  • Are experienced in deploying and maintaining web applications.
  • Have hands-on experience with IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ.
  • Are familiar with Maven, Jenkins, Mockito, and version control tools like Git/TFS.

  • Have added advantage in:

  • ETL processes

  • AWS cloud services

  • Messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Are self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn emerging technologies quickly.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
