Role Overview:

We are looking for a PHP Full Stack Developer
with
strong backend expertise
. While the focus is on PHP backend development, experience in frontend technologies like React will be an advantage, as the role involves close collaboration with frontend developers. knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems primarily using PHP.
  • Build APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Participate in meetings with project managers and stakeholders based in Australia, providing updates on progress and technical insights.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backend and full-stack issues.
  • Contribute to system architecture and suggest improvements in coding practices.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in
    PHP development
    with strong backend knowledge.
  • Experience in
    full stack development
    ; knowledge of frontend frameworks like React is a plus.
  • knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with international stakeholders.
  • Experience working in startup environments preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of databases, RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in startups or high-growth product environments.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization.
