  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of business management and financial principles
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in retail management is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills such as excel, word, mail, tally etc
