Type of Employment: Contractual (Upto March 31, 2026 may be extended based upon performance)

Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Qualification :

  1. Bachelors degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design or a related field.
  2. Min 5 years of experience in designing and developing digital learning.

Experience Required:

  1. Proficiency in user experience(UX) design for e-learning platforms.
  2. Familiarity with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  3. Understanding of competency-based learning design.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design engaging, interactive and immersive digital learning experiences.
  2. Collaborate closely with instructional designers and developers to ensure a seemless user journey and effective learning experience.

Deliverables:

  1. Detailed UX/UI design documentation tailored for e-learning platforms.
  2. Final designs for interactive and gamified digital learning content.
