Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam for a VP of Transformation & Agile Strategy. The VP will be responsible for leading strategic planning and transformation initiatives, consulting on process improvements, and driving digital strategy. This role also involves analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business growth and transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
• Expertise in Strategic Planning and Consulting
• Proficiency in Digital Strategy
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus
