As we expand our operations across Kerala, we are looking for a proactive Accounts Lead to take ownership of our firm's financial management and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete financial records of the company in Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy across all branches and projects.

Handle Cochin office bookkeeping until a junior accountant is onboarded.

Supervise and guide the Mavelikara Junior Accountant for daily entries and expense tracking.

Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and PF filings.

Track and report all fixed and variable expenses of the company.

Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Projects, Purchase, and Admin) for payment documentation and fund planning.

Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.

Maintain strict confidentiality in all financial and banking matters.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a construction or project-based company.

Hands-on experience in Zoho Books is mandatory.

Proficient in Tally and MS Excel.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Leadership ability to guide and support junior accounting staff.
