Role Overview

As a
Business Development Manager – Odisha
, you will be responsible for expanding CX25WW's presence across the Odisha region by acquiring new client partnerships, onboarding colleges and institutions, and driving adoption of CX25WW's recruitment, hiring accelerator, and workforce solutions.

This is a high-ownership role requiring strong regional market understanding, relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert conversations into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drive CX25WW's business expansion across Odisha, with focus on Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Rourkela, Sambalpur, and nearby regions.
  • Identify and onboard employers across hospitality, BFSI support, retail, logistics, customer support, and emerging service sectors.
  • Establish partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and skill centers for campus hiring and workforce programs.

Client & Partner Acquisition

  • Pitch CX25WW's offerings including:
  • Recruitment & staffing solutions
  • Hiring Accelerator and Evaluation Employment Model
  • Internship-to-employment and fresher hiring programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, founders, and business owners.
  • Negotiate commercials, close agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients and partners.

Revenue & Target Ownership

  • Own monthly and quarterly business targets for the Odisha region.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Drive repeat business and account growth through relationship management.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with internal recruitment, operations, and evaluation teams to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Act as the regional voice of the customer, sharing market insights and feedback with leadership.
  • Support regional hiring drives, campus events, and CX25WW initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, staffing, or B2B partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the Odisha market and regional hiring ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage stakeholders, and close deals.
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR services, EdTech, or workforce solutions is a strong advantage.
