About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Operations & Coordination Assistant / Manager to support the Chief Growth Officer Brand & Admissions in executing daily operations, follow-ups, reporting, and data management across multiple teams — including digital, outreach, branding, and admissions.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, along with a sound understanding of marketing and admissions functions within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Task Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Capture and document daily instructions shared by the CGO- Brand & Admissions and ensure timely follow-up with respective team members.
    • Maintain an updated tracker of all marketing, admissions, and outreach activities with clear timelines and responsible persons.
    • Ensure accountability by sending daily reminders and progress updates.

2. Reporting & Data Management

  • Collect and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports from:o Outreach & counselor teams (visits, leads, applications)o Digital marketing teams (campaigns, spends, CPL, CTR, lead flow)o Admissions teams (conversion ratios, source-wise performance)
    • Prepare concise daily executive summaries and dashboards highlighting KPIs, deviations, and insights.
    • Assist in preparing management reports, PowerPoint summaries, and data-driven recommendations.

3. Branding & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate execution of brand campaigns, content calendars, social media posts, and creative requirements.
    • Liaise with vendors, creative agencies, and internal teams to ensure deliverables are on time.
    • Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and communication across channels.

4. Admissions & CRM Support

  • Support lead management through CRM systems (LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
    • Track counselor performance and lead movement across stages.
    • Generate reports on enquiry-to-admission conversion and follow-up trends.

5. Communication & Administrative Assistance

  • Serve as the communication bridge between the Chief Growth Officer – Brand & Admissions and cross-functional teams.
    • Summarize meeting discussions into action points with deadlines.
    • Handle documentation, coordination, and basic administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in Marketing / Admissions / Coordination roles within the education sector (university, institute, or EdTech).
    • Education: MBA / PGDM / Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or Management.
    • Technical Skills:o Strong in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.o Comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.o Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
    • Soft Skills:o Excellent written and verbal communication.o High attention to detail, proactive, and reliable.o Strong follow-up skills and time management.o Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.

Compensation:

35,000 – 55,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
