Senior Software Engineer

Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the hands-on experience on C#, .Net, .Net core, RestAPI, Azure, ReactJS.

Recommends and engineers software solutions for product teams. Works directly with customers and support team members to find a resolution for product-related issues. Works in a self-organized agile team and mentors team members on processes and technical design for release deliverables.
The team currently comprises of 60 global associates across US, India (COE) and is expected to grow rapidly. The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our team.

• Software: C#, .Net, .Net core, NHibernate, Java, Rest API, OAuth, C#, , Web APIs, ExtJs, JavaScript, HTML5, MVC Architecture, Azure
• Frameworks/Others: Java, JS Frameworks like ReactJS Material, Mobility, Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS
• Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture.
• Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (Application gateway, Virtual Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)
• Devops: CI/CD, GITHub and Github Actions
• OS: Windows

• Drive architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and more efficient.
• Write and review service descriptions including relevant measures of service quality and drives architecture to deliver on these promises through self-healing, reliable services that require minimum manual intervention.
• Provide early visibility and mitigation to technical challenges through the journey.

• 5 Years of experience in IT with product development experience.
• Hands on programming experience on Windows IS A MUST with C#, , NHibernate, Web APIs, ExtJs, JavaScript, HTML5, MVC Architecture, MS-IIS, Tomcat, SQL Server, etc.
• Strong multi-threaded application development and debugging skills.
• Microsoft Azure working experience will be an added advantage.
• JS Frameworks like ReactJS Material, Mobility, etc. are added advantages.
• Expertise in Object oriented programming, data structures, and STL.
• Knowledge on Design Patterns.
• Solid background in data structures and algorithms.
• Understanding of database concepts.
• Demonstrates good understanding of the product and its architecture.
• Quick learner.
• Experience in developing multi-threaded applications.
• Experience with REST, JSON & web services.
• Scrum or Kanban experience.
• GIT and Jenkins experience.
• Expected to have sound software engineering practices and a passion for quality.
• Must have a proven record of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Strong communication skills are essential, both written and oral, targeted at a wide variety of internal and external audiences.
• Must have good idea about customer deployment scenarios and experience in dealing with peer teams outside engineering.
