About the role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our products and services. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and customer success teams to produce high-quality content that enables users to understand and effectively use our solutions.

What will you do

• Develop, write, and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation such as user guides, API documentation, FAQs, release notes, and product manuals.
• Translate complex technical information into simple, engaging, and accessible content for different audiences (developers, end-users, business stakeholders).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) including engineers and product managers to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
• Create structured content for knowledge bases, product documentation portals, and in-app guidance.
• Ensure consistency in terminology, style, tone, and formatting across all technical documents.
• Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback, product updates, and new features.
• Work with design teams to create diagrams, visuals, and flowcharts to enhance documentation clarity.
• Manage version control and documentation repositories to maintain up-to-date content.

You will be a great fit, if you have:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software/technology company (SaaS, Cloud, DevOps, API-first product background preferred).
• Proven experience creating technical documentation, including developer-focused content (APIs, SDKs, integration guides).
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely.
• Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, Git, Markdown, Swagger, or similar.
• Familiarity with content management systems and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
• Ability to create visuals, diagrams, or infographics using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Figma.
• Knowledge of Agile development environments and collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Slack).
