Roles and Responsibilities

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in utility-scale solar EPC/IPP projects.
  • Lead electrical design engineering activities for solar projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements
  • should have handle 50 MW project
  • Develop detailed designs for solar power plants, including DC/AC systems, substations, and transmission lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of renewable energy solutions into overall project plans.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on electrical design principles and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-8 years of experience in EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) companies or similar organizations.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical from a recognized university.
  • Strong understanding of solar project development lifecycle from conceptualization to commissioning.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope etc.
