Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Senior Consultant in the Audit – Quality & Risk team. In this team, your responsibilities will include execute projects related to S0QM. You will be required to:


—Understand the impact and purpose of the project on the overall processes of the MF Audit business and support the project for a qualitative conclusion

—In-depth review of the global material, guide released by the global and disseminating the knowledge further to process owner and control operators

—Work closely with process owners across functions to understand their processes and controls

—Test SoQM controls for Design and Operating effectiveness and discuss queries, if any with their supervisor

—Guide, coach and mentor junior team members with the testing methodology and approach

—Perform review of the queries raised by junior team members and ensure the same is in line with the control requirement and global methodology

—Lead calls with the Process Owners (PO) and Control owners (CO) related to queries around controls, identified observations, etc.

—Perform review of junior team members for the testing performed by them

—Perform evaluation of the findings identified, impact assessment, drafting of the proposed remediation plan and present these findings to the relevant PO and CO

—Support with preparation of deliverables / reporting packs for Leadership and other key stakeholders

—Provide regular status update on the testing progress to the Reporting Manager

—Resolve queries in a meaningful manner including liaising with global team, if required

—Support on Audit engagements during non-busy season in SoQM team

Qualifications

Educational qualifications



•Chartered Accountant

Work experience



•2-3 years of work experience
