Donor Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Track programmatic updates, collects information and analyze trends to offer insights for donor reports Pull together landscape analysis studies, concept notes, presentations, and analytical models
• Work with HR & Finance to collect and present relevant information from the 2 functions in donor reports
• Support the fundraising team in tracking fund utilization for donors
• Produce high quality donor reports with pictorial depictions/graphs/charts etc., customized to donor interests and requirements in a timely fashion
• Bring success stories, project/programme results and other outcomes of special interest or note identified from the donor report to attention of management for donor relations purposes
• Manage the process and flow of donor reporting and other donor-related matters, including support to the fundraising team
• Maintain a calendar for donor reporting and ensures compliance
• Analyze donor feedback on reporting to continuously improve donor reporting
• Analyze donor reporting approaches in the sector, and incorporates key findings in donor reports
• Perform targeted research on donors and supports donor analysis via research, development and maintenance of database on new funding sources

Qualification & Skills

• A minimum of a Masters degree or equivalent in the field of business administration, economics, communications, or oth er relevant/similar field
• Preferred: At least 4 years of specialized professional experience in public relations, communications and donor
