Job Description:

  • Overall 5-8 years of experience with minimum 3-4 years hands on experience on RPA development using Power Automate Desktop

  • Must have hands on experience in developing automation on Power Automate Desktop. Should have developed 3-4 uses cases on this platform

  • Hands on experience in creating high level and low level designs for simple to complex projects

  • Hands on experience in developing simple to complex projects.

  • Hands on experience in database concepts with experience in writing complex database queries and stored procedures.

  • Ability to work in dynamic environment and should able to work in both development and support side.

  • Good to have experience in developing .net, vbscripts etc.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels of the Organization.

  • Analytical skill for problem solving, demonstrated ability to understand the business problem and to use technical skills to research and resolve.

  • Knowledge of ITSM processes, incident and request handling, problem management.

  • Should be flexible enough in aligning with business working hours as per project demands
