About Us:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce B2C brand focused on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. To strengthen our creative team, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling designs that elevate our brand identity and engage our customers across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects across website, app, social media, performance ads, emailers, and packaging.
  • Develop creative assets tailored for B2C e-commerce campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business goals into impactful designs.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency across platforms.
  • Create assets optimized for both static and animated content (banners, social posts, videos, reels, GIFs, etc.).
  • Ensure superior design quality under tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Stay updated with design trends, consumer behavior, and e-commerce best practices to ensure relevance and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts/Multimedia Design or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C/B2C brand.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital-first creative design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with tools like Figma/Canva.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and UI design is a plus.
  • Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Strong communication and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
