Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Specialist, located in Palwal. The Import Specialist will oversee the import processes, manage international trade documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and customers, handling import-export documentation, ensuring timely delivery of shipments, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also manage logistics and resolve any issues related to import consignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Import, Export, and Import Export practices
• Knowledge of International Trade regulations and procedures
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
• Previous experience in the metal recycling industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics software
