Job Title: HR Executive

Reports To: Country Head

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ATS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
