1. Assessing and Recording Student

Progress:

○ Evaluate and track students

development and progress

◦ Maintain records of their performance.

  1. Adapt Teaching to Student Needs: ◦ Tailor your teaching approach to meet individual educational needs. Motivate and facilitate learning based on each pupil's requirements. 4. Parent Communication ◦ Communicate with parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) or as needed. Provide feedback on student progress. 5. Classroom Management: Prepare teaching materials and organize classroom lectures Monitor attendance and grades. ◦ Address classroom crises and resolve conflicts.
  2. Active Teaching Involvement:

    ◦ Engage proactively in teaching

    students.

    Correct and grade assignment work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
