Role Description

This is a contract-based, Hybrid / On-site Project Coordinator role located in Bhilai & Gulbarga. The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage Transmission Line (33kV-400kV), GSS, and PSS projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in project planning, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, managing procurement and resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing project reports. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Transmission Lines, GSS, PSS, and associated infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and regulatory compliance in infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gulbarga and travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Prior experience in power infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
