leader to drive 0→1 D2C growth, scaling performance while preserving premium brand positioning.
Experience
3–6 years | D2C / Fashion / Lifestyle preferred
Role Overview
Own and scale paid growth across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and influencer-led campaigns for a premium D2C sneaker brand. This is a hands-on role focused on ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth, not just awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube.
- Manage sponsored ads on Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, including keywords, bids, and promotions.
- Run performance-driven influencer collaborations with clear ROI tracking.
- Own budgets, reporting, and optimization across the full funnel.
- Use analytics and AI tools to improve efficiency and scale.
- Work closely with brand, content, and supply teams for launches and drops.
Must-
- HavesProven track record in performance marketing with measurable ROAS.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace ads (Amazon/Myntra.)
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with dashboards and attribution.
- Startup/D2C mindset with high ownership and execution speed.
Good to Have
- Fashion, footwear, or sneaker brand experience.
- Experience scaling a brand from early to growth stage.
