Role Objective
To actively contribute to the development and execution of strategic reward programs, ensuring these initiatives support organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and maintain competitiveness within the industry
Key Responsibilities
Rewards & Recognition Initiatives: Design templates for nominations and awards criteria, ensuring documents and processes reflect fairness and transparency. Lead the planning and execution of recognition events, including venue coordination, invite management, and program scheduling. Collect and analyze post-event feedback to refine future recognition efforts and enhance employee experience.
Program Changes Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to roll-out strategic changes to benefits programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and employee needs. Develop communication strategies for change implementations, working closely with communication teams to develop materials that effectively articulate program benefits and changes.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Conduct regular compliance audits of reward programs, identifying discrepancies or areas for policy enhancement. Train relevant HR personnel on standardized protocols and processes to ensure uniform application throughout the organization.
Vendor Contract Management: Analyze vendor offerings and performance, preparing and presenting insights during contract negotiations. Coordinate with legal and procurement departments to ensure alignment during the contract renewal process, verifying all terms support strategic objectives.
Job Specifications
Experience - 5-7 years within HR functions, demonstrated capacity in Total Rewards activities.
Qualification - Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
Certifications - Professional certifications in the field of HR or Total Rewards is a plus

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced functionalities in Excel and PowerPoint for report creation and presentations
