About the Department:

Portfolio Account Services (PAS) is part of Investment and Trade Client Services. We enable global trading by ensuring banking, brokerage, and regulatory infrastructure is always operational. Our team collaborates with experts in law, taxation, compliance, and product development to set up accounts, secure licenses, and maintain market access. By doing so, we support new product launches, keep funds compliant, and ensure smooth trading across global markets.

• You will prepare documentation such as forms and banking instructions.

• You will coordinate document execution across global sites.

• You will manage invoice submissions and payment tracking.

• You will update and validate data in internal systems.

• You will organize agendas and lead internal/external calls.

• You will archive electronic documents and emails.

• You will support automation initiatives and key projects.

• You will manage market closures and compliance notifications.

• You will handle LEI registration and renewals with vendors.

Experience & Education:

• 1+ year in document administration or shared services.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint.

• Basic understanding of investment management and market processes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accountability.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Adaptable and proactive mindset.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
