We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to support our finance and accounts team. This internship offers hands-on experience in accounting, budgeting, reporting, and daily financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day financial entries, invoice processing, and data maintenance
  • Support in preparing monthly reports, budgets, and financial statements
  • Help with bank reconciliations, vendor payment tracking, and audit documentation
  • Maintain and organize financial records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Work with Excel sheets and financial software for calculations and analysis
  • Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related queries
  • Assist the team during internal audits and compliance checks

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
  • Attention to detail, time management, and good analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
  • Prior internship or academic project in finance or accounts
