Overview The MuleSoft Developer plays a critical role in the development and integration of APIs and systems within the organization. This position is essential to facilitate seamless data flow between various applications, ensuring that they can communicate effectively and provide valuable insights. As a part of a dynamic development team, the MuleSoft Developer will leverage the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to build robust integrations, APIs, and applications that not only meet the current business requirements but also allow for future scalability. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the MuleSoft ecosystem and be adept at problem-solving and innovation within integration projects. Given the emphasis on connectivity in today's digital landscape, this role is increasingly vital for enhancing operational efficiencies, improving data accuracy, and driving strategic decision-making across departments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions will also be a key aspect of this position. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement API integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Develop data transformations and mappings between various systems.
  • Work closely with business analysts to gather functional and technical requirements.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of integrations.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of Mule applications to meet quality standards.
  • Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot live integrations on the MuleSoft platform.
  • Create documentation for technical designs and processes.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new team members on MuleSoft technologies.
  • Implement error handling and logging features to ensure reliability.
  • Maintain version control for all integration projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft releases and features.
  • Optimize performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in applications.
  • Engage with stakeholders to assess integration requirements and project feasibility.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Contribute to developing best practices for MuleSoft development.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in MuleSoft development.
  • Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including API Manager and DataWeave.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Certification in MuleSoft Development or MuleSoft Architect is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., GIT).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
