Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Sales Call Executive
to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management with clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales databases.
- Provide feedback to the sales/marketing team on market trends and customer behavior.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain persistence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate .
