Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regulatory Executive to support all operational activities related to open access approvals for renewable energy projects (solar and wind). The role involves active coordination with government departments and agencies, ensuring compliance and timely clearances for power evacuation, connectivity, and metering.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Open Access Approval Coordination:
Manage all operational activities related to open access approvals with SLDC, GETCO, GEDA, GUVNL, and various Discom offices (Corporate, Circle, and Division levels).Ensure compliance with state policies and regulatory frameworks for open access and wheeling. Documentation & Government Liaison:
Prepare, draft, and submit applications/letters for approvals and clearances.Follow up with relevant departments like GETCO, GEDA, GUVNL, SLDC, and Discoms for timely processing of applications and approvals. Data Submission & Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure timely and regular submission of meter data from project sites to SLDC.Maintain accurate documentation of all regulatory correspondences, permissions, and approvals.  
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with the Project Development, Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams to align regulatory processes with project timelines.Support in regulatory due diligence and provide inputs for project feasibility and planning.
