Job Description
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and approve or decline advertising account requests on the Mobibox platform.
  • Oversee Odoo tickets, including managing access permissions, renaming accounts, processing top-ups, and submitting review requests for disabled Meta accounts.
  • Manage the majority of Odoo-related requests received from clients.
  • Create and set up new advertising accounts.
  • Handle top-ups and fund relocations between accounts.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to non-compliant Meta advertising accounts.

Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or client support roles.
Experience working with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
Prior experience using Odoo or similar CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and account management processes.
Proficiency in managing client accounts, access permissions, top-ups, and fund reallocations.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with non-compliant or disabled ad accounts.
Comfortable navigating CRM/ERP tools such as Odoo.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal
teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in account handling.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
