Role Overview

We are looking for a Post-Production Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of client projects after the event day. This is not an editing role but a coordination + quality-checking role where you will be the bridge between clients and the editing/design team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients for photo selection links, approvals, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with video editors and album designers for timely completion.
  • Review deliverables (albums, videos, reels) for accuracy before sending to clients.
  • Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handle corrections, client communication, and delivery status updates.
  • Maintain proper records of project progress and delivery milestones.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)..
  • Good coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Excel, Google Drive, and project trackers.
