Responsibilities:Design and implement end -to -end analytical solutions using predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniquesConduct data discovery, exploration, and validation to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations in large -scale transactional, product, and customer datasetsDevelop and maintain business consumption -oriented dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and drive strategic insightsTranslate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across business and client teamsCollaborate with cross -functional teams to define project scope, deliver solutions, and ensure seamless deployment and adoptionLead the development of data pipelines and ensure data quality, structuring, harmonization, and governance across systemsMentor junior team members, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and stay ahead of emerging tools and methodologies in data science and AIEngage directly with clients during discovery, design, delivery, and deployment phases to ensure alignment and impactRequirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience5–6 years of hands -on experience in data science, advanced analytics, or quantitative modeling with a strong focus on predictive and forecasting methodologiesProven expertise in SQL (or Google BigQuery) and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model developmentDemonstrated experience applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and AI techniques in real -world business environmentsSolid understanding of retail and CPG domains, including product, transaction, and customer -level data analysisIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for descriptive and diagnostic analyticsStrong problem -solving abilities, analytical mindset, and a results -driven approachExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsSelf -motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and professional growthWillingness to participate in in -person drives, including the upcoming session in ${location} Benefits Candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune only need to apply.
