Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mentor - Industry Expert (All Domains) at PSNM Innovations located in Hyderabad. The Mentor will guide students and participants through real-world projects, ensuring they gain useful exposure and experience. Responsibilities include providing industry insights, overseeing project developments, and assisting with professional growth. Collaboration with other mentors and active participation in the PSNM framework is essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong industry experience in relevant domain
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to guide project development and execution in a real-world context
  • Proficiency in AI & Data Science, Digital Marketing, Branding, Product Design, UI/UX, Web & App Development, Content & Video Creation, Business Strategy, Finance, HR, or Education Research
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with students or emerging talents is beneficial
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment
