As the Head of Operations in an NBFC based in Gift City, Gandhinagar, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations across business functions. With over 15 years of experience, including at least 6 years in a leadership role in the NBF or BFSI sector, you will play a crucial role in managing the full loan lifecycle from origination through sanction, disbursement, servicing, and closure for products such as Capital Market Loans. - Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory guidelines. - Develop operational strategies and frameworks in line with organizational goals while ensuring adherence to IFSCA regulations, internal policies, and external audits. - Oversee risk management controls, including KYC, legal documentation, collateral monitoring, and loan portfolio compliance. - Collaborate across various departments such as Business, Credit, Risk, Collections, IT, Finance, and external vendors/regulators for smooth operations. - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like TAT, turnaround time, costs, and NPA trends. - Prepare periodic performance updates for senior leadership and board-level review and represent the company in regulatory, financial, and industry forums. To qualify for this role, you should hold a CA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in Finance, Business, or Operations. Your extensive experience and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the NBFC sector.,
