Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the teamThis role is a part of our OPF – Business Analyst Team (Payment Domain).  FIS Open Payment Framework (OPF) is a set of reusable and extensible components, frameworks, and technical services which can be assembled in different configurations to build a personalized Payment Processing System.What you bring:Having Banking/Payment Industry Experience between 7 -10 years as a Business Analyst.Experience in payments is a big asset -> OPF: general payments knowledge, payment gateway, SEPA/SCTINST: SEPA CT, SEPA DD, SEPA Instant Payment.Requires excellent understanding of organization's business systems and industry requirements.Business Systems Analyst experienced in the definition and elaboration of user stories based on requirements provided by business stakeholders and product owners.At least basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.What you will be doing:Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.Responsible for most complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation.Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
