Role Description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in New Delhi. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the visual identity of XTREMEX across all platforms.

Responsibilities


• Create high-quality social media creatives, ad campaigns, and marketing assets.


• Develop and maintain brand identity, logos, typography, and visual guidelines.


• Conceptualize fresh design ideas for product launches, lifestyle shoots, and brand campaigns.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.


• Ensure consistency across all platforms (website, ads, packaging, offline branding).


• Stay updated with design and fashion trends to keep visuals modern and impactful.


• Deliver creatives with quick turnaround while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications & Skills


• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).


• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW is a plus.


• Basic knowledge of video editing & motion graphics (Premiere Pro/After Effects) preferred.


• Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design.


• Ability to create social media posts, ad creatives, and campaign graphics with quick turnaround.


• Up-to-date with design trends in fashion, lifestyle, and streetwear.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creativity and brand consistency.


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing & content teams.
