Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for E2E software development and implementation projects.
  • Translate business requirements into solution documents, business blueprints, and functional specifications in alignment with approved IT architecture and governance.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Collaborate with Business IT partners, architects, and tech leads to elaborate on requirements.
  • Validate that the solution meets business requirements prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Create and validate test plans and functional test cases, and sign off on product acceptance.
  • Escalate issues affecting product delivery and quality that are beyond the scope of influence.
  • Ensure software quality of the solution and support seamless business operations, providing third-line support when needed.
  • Design use cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive business process harmonization.

Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM module
  • Familiarity with Visio 5.0 for process mapping and documentation
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle
  • Ability to create solution architecture, blueprints, and functional specs
  • Good collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
