MicroSee Systems Pvt Ltd specializes in the Design, Development, and Production of Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems such as Antenna Positioner Units, Actuators, Rotary/Linear Tables, and Special Purpose Machines.

Our team has over 25 years of experience and successfully delivers challenging projects with skills in Conceptual Design, Detailing, Prototyping, Installation, Testing, and Production Planning.

We provide specialized services for Defense and Industrial applications including Mechanical Engineering Design Services and Precision Component Manufacturing.

Role Description

Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving Production of Parts & Assemblies, CNC & VMC machining operations, Machine Shop production, overall performance in shifts and programming activities.

Key Role & Responsibilities:-

  1. Responsible for Planning for Part & Assembly Manufacturing

  2. Responsible for Creating and getting approvals for Process Sheets

  3. Responsible for Handling Manpower in a shift.

  4. Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.

  5. Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.

  6. Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.

  7. Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.

  8. Responsible for Plant 5S.

  9. Responsible for program development for new products on CNC & VMC.

  10. Estimating cycle time for new development.

Qualifications

  1. Graduate Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Machining including CNC & VMC.

  2. Experience handling Aluminum, Stainless Steel & Alloy Steel Components, machining and problem-solving.

  3. Experience with various CNC & VMC Machines from brands like HASS, ACE Micromatic, LMW etc.

  4. Experience in Selection of Cutting Tools, Feed, Speed & Work Holding"

  5. Exposure to HASS and Fanuc control systems.

  6. Extensive knowledge of CNC VMC programming.

  7. CAD CAM exposure.
