This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Integration Specialist - Remote in India.

As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining API-based integrations between multiple platforms to ensure seamless data flow and workflow automation. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable solutions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and contribute to improving integration services. You will operate in a fully remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, with flexibility to manage priorities independently while supporting global stakeholders. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of integration projects.

Accountabilities:

· Implement, configure, and maintain platform-to-platform integrations via APIs.

· Translate customer requirements into scalable and reliable integration solutions.

· Build, test, and troubleshoot automated workflows and data exchanges between platforms.

· Collaborate with pre-sales and project delivery teams to scope, plan, and implement integrations.

· Maintain accurate technical documentation and user guides for integration solutions.

· Resolve integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy issues promptly.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration services and internal processes.

Requirements

· years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON) and SaaS integrations.

· Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar (experience with Albato is a strong asset).

· Comfortable reading API documentation, building data mappings, and using automation tools.

· Knowledge or experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) to support integration development is a plus.

· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

· Nice-to-have: experience with CRM or registration platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent), EventTech or Martech tools, and basic scripting (JavaScript, Python).
