Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to join a team in Kolkata (Dum Dum). The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of computer hardware and networking and be capable of handling day-to-day IT support tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot system errors and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates of systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage network connectivity and assist with LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements when required.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting methods.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
