Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Transaction Services team in India, specializing in financial due diligence. The role offers the unique opportunity to build and lead an offshore team and collaborate with US-based transaction services team. You will also have the opportunity to work on a high volume of deals with a particular focus on healthcare services. You will be a key contributor in analyzing financial performance, preparing meeting agendas, client deliverables, and providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.

• Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow.

• Develop and manage complex financial analyses using advanced Excel skills (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and other data tools).

• Prepare management meeting agendas and coordinate follow-ups.

• Review and synthesize information from data room materials to identify key issues and risks.

• Prepare client-ready databooks and reports summarizing key findings.

• Collaborate with US-based teams to deliver timely, high-quality work products.

• Contribute to project management, including coordinating with clients and managing deliverables.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field preferred).

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or related deal advisory services at a professional services firm.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, data modeling, and visualization).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

• Healthcare transaction services experience is a plus, though not required.
