A reputed Diagnostic Centre in Vadapalani, Chennai, is seeking a qualified and experienced Nuclear Medicine Consultant to join its medical imaging and diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in nuclear medicine imaging, PET-CT interpretation, and radiation safety protocols.

Location:

Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and interpret Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT studies with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise radiopharmaceutical preparation and administration ensuring adherence to radiation safety standards.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians to provide diagnostic insights and clinical recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards in quality control, equipment handling, and imaging protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with AERB and NABH regulations for nuclear medicine operations.
  • Provide guidance and training to technologists and junior staff when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualification: MD / DNB in Nuclear Medicine (or equivalent recognized qualification).
  • Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with strong academic background may also apply).
  • Registration: Valid Medical Council and AERB registration (mandatory).
