Job Title - Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant

We are looking for a disciplined and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and statutory compliances for multiple clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and willingness to learn practical accounting and compliance work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Day-to-day accounting in Tally & Zoho Books

Handling monthly compliances: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax

GST returns preparation & reconciliation

TDS calculation, challan payment & return filing

Drafting Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow & basic financial statements

Ledger scrutiny, account reconciliation & error rectification

Maintaining proper documentation & working papers

Client coordination for data collection & compliance queries

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 6 months experience in a CA firm, OR

Fresher with relevant accounting academic background

Educational Qualification:

CA / CMA / CS Articles (completed or pursuing), OR

B.Com / M.Com with accounting background
