Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise milling machines.
- Monitor production for quality and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and food standards.
- Maintain production logs and inventory.
- Coordinate with teams to achieve daily targets.
- Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production preferred.
- 3–6 years' experience in pulse milling/agro-processing.
- Strong knowledge of pulse varieties and milling techniques.
- Troubleshooting skills for milling machinery.
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality.
