Role & responsibilities

As a Java Developer (Fresher), you will be responsible for learning and contributing to the development of Java-based applications under the guidance of senior developers. You will work on coding, testing, and debugging tasks while gaining hands-on experience in software development.

  • Write and maintain clean, efficient Java code.
  • Assist in developing and testing applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related technologies.
  • Learn and implement RESTful APIs and database integration.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug basic issues.
  • Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment.
  • Document code and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

B.E/B.Tech Computer Science or Information Science.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Core Java and OOP concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (optional but good to have).
  • Understanding of Spring Boot and Hibernate (training or projects preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.

Work Location

  • Initial Training: First 3 months in Mysore for onboarding and training.
  • Post Training: Placement in Vadodara for project deployment.
